In 2018, Figener participated in an executive project to install a 138 / 13.8 kV substation. The substation was built in 2018 and has 2 transformers of 12 MVA each. For the project, FIGENER carried out the following activities: Power Flow Study Short Circuit Study Protection and Selectivity Coordination Study.
The objective of the work was to study the possibility of adjusting the characteristics of the biogas produced from the fermentation of vinasse in order to make it interchangeable with Natural Gas (GN), or a substitute GN (GNS) with characteristics that allow it to be introduced in the distribution network.
