He started his professional activities in 1986 at C. Greco Estudos e Projetos, in the thermal and fluid area, notably in furnace projects for adapting oil boilers to burn biomass. In 1988 he was hired by FICHTNER as a full mechanical engineer, working in the area of process and environment, studies of energy efficiency and design of burners and furnaces for gaseous fuels.
In 1990 he participates in the creation of FIGENER, a company that succeeds FICHTNER in Brazil. He has since been its managing partner.
Manages projects and coordinates their implementation for customers in the chemical, petrochemical, mining and metallurgy, fertilizers, paper and cellulose, pharmaceutical and food sectors. Coordinates special studies, notably in the transient modeling of thermoelectric systems, participating in the development of specific computational tools for this purpose. He also coordinates studies and modeling of boilers, with an emphasis on solving operational, design and control problems.
